Welcome to Chaskify. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The Nature of Our Service

Chaskify is a Market Network that provides an integrated platform for:

  • Sellers: To create digital storefronts and manage inventory.

  • Buyers: To discover and purchase products.

  • Logistics Providers ("Chaskis"): To facilitate local deliveries. Chaskify acts as an intermediary. We do not own, sell, or manufacture the products listed on the platform, nor do we directly employ the independent "Chaskis."

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

  • Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

  • Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract.

  • Setup: While we aim for a 10-minute setup, the user is responsible for the accuracy of their shop profile, taxes, and shipping configurations.

3. Pricing, Plans, and Fees

  • Subscription Plans: We offer different tiers (e.g., $7/month Starter and $15/month Professional). Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.

  • Sales Commission: Chaskify charges a 7% fee per transaction. This fee is primarily allocated to cover payment gateway processing costs (PayPal, PayPhone).

  • POS Module: The Point of Sale (POS) feature is exclusive to the Professional plan. Users are responsible for their own hardware (tablets, printers) and internet connection for in-person transactions.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers agree to:

  • Only list legal products that they have the right to sell.

  • Accurately describe items and honor the prices listed.

  • Manage their own taxes and legal compliance according to local laws.

  • Chaskify reserves the right to remove any content or store that violates our community standards or local legislation.

5. The "Everyone Sells" Algorithm

Our platform uses a proprietary algorithm to promote products based on user interests and relevance. While we strive for fairness and equal opportunity for all sellers, Chaskify does not guarantee specific sales volumes or ranking positions.

6. Logistics and Deliveries

  • Chaskis: When using our internal delivery network, the "Chaski" is responsible for the safe transport of the item.

  • Third-Party Carriers: Sellers may choose to use external services (e.g., DHL, Servientrega). In such cases, the terms and insurance policies of those specific carriers apply.

  • Delivery Issues: Chaskify provides a conflict resolution module, but final liability for lost or damaged goods rests with the responsible party (Seller or Carrier) as determined by our support team.

7. Payments and Payouts

Payments are processed through secured third-party gateways. Sellers must link a valid account (PayPal, PayPhone, or Bank Account) to receive payouts. Chaskify is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processors or incorrect banking information provided by the user.

8. Conflict Resolution & Support

We provide 24/7 support to help resolve disputes between buyers, sellers, and Chaskis. Chaskify's decision in dispute resolutions is final regarding the use of our platform and internal funds/credits.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaskify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform, product defects, or delivery failures. We provide our services "as is" and "as available."

10. Modifications to Terms

Chaskify reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
